Curbside Treasures: Fireplace Screen

Someone threw this small gate out and wa-la it was my lucky day! It needed some repair work done on the right side there was a piece missing and my dad was the one who put it together, didn't he do a great job? Anyhow, I didn't even have to paint it. The balls used to finish off the top of the screen were handpainted wood and decoupaged by yours truely and then given a polyurethane high gloss finish. The color goes beautifully with my living room and I don't even like green!
